A former Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, he served in important assignments across the Ministries of Health, Finance, Home Affairs, and External Affairs. His years in public service involved complex decision-making, policy matters, institutional responsibility, and the careful handling of sensitive human concerns.

He later chose voluntary retirement from government service to dedicate himself more fully to Vedic Astrology, spiritual sciences, research, and personalised guidance.

This combination of administrative experience and spiritual discipline gives his work a distinctive character: structured yet sensitive, analytical yet humane, traditional yet relevant to modern life.

EARLY FOUNDATIONS

Ashok Angrish belongs to the Angiras Gotra, associated in the Vedic tradition with Rishi Angiras.

His early years were shaped by a family environment in which healing, intuition, and subtle methods of understanding human difficulties were treated with quiet seriousness. As a child, he observed his grandfather helping people through methods that extended beyond conventional explanation.

Ashok Angrish undertook formal studies in Astrology and Paurohitya at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.
