1. Nature of Services

Most services offered on this Website, including astrological reports and consultations, are personalised and interpretative in nature and involve dedicated time and analysis.

Accordingly, such services are non-refundable once processing has commenced.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of payment by writing to info@rahuketu.com
• Cancellation requests received after this window may not be accepted, especially if processing has already begun

3. Refund Policy – Digital Services

No refunds shall be issued once a report or consultation has been:

• Processed
• Initiated
• Delivered

Delays in delivery, if any, shall not constitute grounds for refund

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user (including birth details) shall not qualify for refunds

4. Refund Policy – Physical Products (if applicable)

• Products damaged during transit shall be addressed on a case-by-case basis
• Minor variations in appearance (e.g., colour, texture, design) shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for refunds

5. Consultations (Phone / Scheduled Services)

• Users are responsible for being available at the scheduled time with sufficient phone/internet coverage
• A consultation once initiated or completed shall not be eligible for refund

6. Duplicate Payments

• In case of multiple payments for the same order, the excess amount shall be refunded after deducting applicable transaction charges and the applicable taxes
• Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines

7. No Claim on Outcomes

RahuKetu Astro Academy (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for the perceived effectiveness, outcomes, or results of any astrological, spiritual, or remedial services (including but not limited to gemstones, yantras, mantras, or rituals).

No refunds shall be issued on such grounds.

8. Finality of Policy

Except as explicitly stated above, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
